THAT show is rolling into town again.
By 'that' show I mean the annual Victoria's Secret extravaganza, and by 'in town' I mean the US.
The show is the extravaganza where women's underwear giant stages a fantasy-land where impossibly gorgeous models in incredibly styled up outfits stomp the runway, all to spruik the most recognised bras and panty brand in the world.
Women's Wear Daily has just featured a series of behind the scenes photos, in prep for the parade, being filmed Wednesday November 7 in the US. Here are some pics [for the link for more pics, scroll down]:
The show will screen on December 4 in the US, and always screens soon after on Australian TV [Foxtel], with a repeat often on Channel Ten on Christmas Eve.
Todd Thomas, collection designer for Victoria's Secret, described this year’s show as “magical.”
“This year’s show will open with a spectacular theme that sets the tone for the entire show... There will be nostalgic romance, historical fashion and epic references to pop culture,” said Thomas, who works with Sophia Neophitou-Apostolou, the collection creative director.
The show will feature 65 costumes and 28 pairs of 'Angel Wings', will also headline three entertainers: Rihanna, Justin Bieber, and Bruno Mars.
